Inner Flow Yoga
Seeks the integration of softness and strength (yin yang), within a fluid and dynamic practice that will lead you to a stage of meditation through movement. Rediscover your body through a practice that combines different elements and styles to create a session adequate to your needs. Through postures and breathing, this practice takes you deep into a state of meditation that helps healing and relaxation, while at the same time you strengthen your body and increase resistance. Prana Flow Yoga
Embrace the flow and allow the prana to guide you. Prana : “life-force of creation” Flow : the state of unified consciousness Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, and Robin’s teaching experience from the last 8 years. Dynamic Hatha Yoga
A Dynamic Hatha yoga class focused on centering and grounding the self, “remembering the self”, in order to cultivate true awareness and mindfull presence in all we do. This class integrates movement, stillness, breath and meditation. We explore the five foundations of yoga; asana, pranayama, vinyasa, drusti, and banda, cultivating a felt connection with the present moment and a passionate self inquiry into the essence of being.
